How Lightning Storm works
The DigiWheel has 39 segments, mixing numbered ones with leaf segments that pay instantly. You can bet on the leaf or on any of the five bonuses. Before the wheel spins, 20 bonus symbols land on random numbered segments, and some of those symbols also carry a multiplier from ×2 to ×50 into that bonus. If the wheel stops on a segment holding a bonus you backed, that bonus is the one you play. Two extra bets, Storm Chaser and X Chaser, widen your coverage of the Storm Bonus and of segments that got a multiplier. The table runs at roughly 1,000 spins a day.
How often each bonus lands
Because the symbols move position each round, no fixed layout exists to count from, so this page relies on observed frequencies. Roughly one in two spins lands on a leaf segment. Across the last 30 days Battery Charger appeared about once per 7 spins, Monster Mash once per 8, Hot Spot once per 9, Fireball once per 10 and the Storm Bonus once per 37. Waiting 100 spins for a Storm Bonus is unusual yet still well within normal variation, and each spin is independent of the one before it.
The five bonus games
Battery Charger releases ten batteries and a mini wheel sets them off. It pays one or doubles the remainder. Monster Mash turns three reels for head, torso and legs. Regular multipliers add up, then global ones multiply the total. Hot Spot keeps multipliers hidden on a 9×12 wall. A moving 3×3 zone doubles whatever it covers. Fireball sends a ball into 149 pockets. Double pockets double the regular ones and send the ball off again. All four reach up to ×10,000. The Storm Bonus runs on a billboard holding 8 regular and 3 global multipliers, reaching up to ×20,000.
How to read this page
"Longest drought" displays the bonus whose present wait exceeds its average by the largest multiple. For every bonus, the bonus tracker lists the spins since it last landed, earlier gaps, recent results, and the 30-day typical and best result. "Biggest wins" ranks spins by the total paid out to players.
Frequently asked questions
How often does the Storm Bonus land in Lightning Storm?
Across the last 30 days of our archive, the Storm Bonus appeared about once in every 37 spins, which works out at roughly 26 times a day. Waits longer than 100 spins do occur, and they do not make it due.
What is the maximum win in Lightning Storm?
Evolution limits Battery Charger, Monster Mash, Hot Spot and Fireball to ×10,000, and the Storm Bonus to ×20,000. Outcomes at the ×10,000 top have been logged.
Why do bonus positions change every spin?
Ahead of every spin, the game puts 20 bonus symbols on numbered segments chosen at random, so no bonus keeps a fixed number of segments. That is the reason this page displays observed frequencies rather than a theoretical layout.
What are segment multipliers?
Certain segments that land a bonus symbol also carry a multiplier ranging from ×2 to ×50. Should the wheel stop on one of those, the multiplier is applied within the bonus game before play begins.
Can Lightning Storm results be predicted?
No. Every spin stands alone, and the bonus symbols land randomly each round. Earlier gaps and results show what happened, not what will follow.
