How Funky Time works
You get around 20 seconds to place a bet on the number 1, on any of the twelve letters (P, L, A, Y, F, U, N, K, T, I, M, E), or on the bonus games. Once betting closes, the DigiWheel assigns random multipliers to certain segments and the host spins. If a number or letter wins, it pays out right away, multiplied by its wheel multiplier when one is attached. A bonus segment launches that bonus game, and its multiplier comes with it. Roughly 900 spins take place each day.
The wheel layout
Of the 64 segments, 28 are the number 1, 24 are letters (two of each) and 12 are bonuses: 6 Bar, 3 Disco, 2 Stayin' Alive and 1 VIP Disco. From that layout the 1 lands 43.75% of the time and each letter once every 32 spins. Bar comes about once every 11 spins, Disco every 21, Stayin' Alive every 32 and VIP Disco every 64. A VIP Disco gap of 150 spins is therefore ordinary, not a sign that it is about to land.
The four bonus games
Bar: three glasses are given random multipliers, and one more is added to a random glass by a slot reel; players get paid on whichever glass they picked. Stayin' Alive: balls come out of a machine holding 90, and coloured balls push each team up a 20-step ladder that begins at ×5 until four black STOP balls close the round. Disco and VIP Disco: Mr Funky dances over a floor of multipliers, 37 squares in Disco and 63 in VIP Disco, gathering them until he steps off the edge. That larger floor is the reason VIP Disco tends to pay more.
Payouts and RTP by bet
A 1 pays 1:1, while a letter pays 25:1, and each is multiplied by whatever wheel multiplier sits on the segment. Return in theory varies with the bet: 95.99% on the 1, 95.49% on letters, 95.98% on Bar, 95.51% on Disco, 95.49% on Stayin' Alive and 95.38% on VIP Disco. Bonus bets return less in the long run, but the swings are far bigger.
How to read this page
"Longest bonus drought" displays the bonus whose current wait is the greatest multiple of its average. For every bonus, the bonus tracker lists the spins since it last hit, the earlier gaps and the most recent results; a green ×N is the wheel multiplier taken into the bonus. "Today and yesterday" sets how often each bonus landed against how often it was expected.
